The Metis 4-chip PCIe card (PCIe Gen 3.0 x16, full-height, three-quarter length, single slot) works with any host that meets the datasheet requirements. We maintain a list of validated systems tested by Axelera and our partners, covering desktop PCs, industrial PCs, and edge servers.

Installation notes:
- The physical fit in this system can be difficult. Proceed carefully; removing the backplate can make it easier (the card is large for the available space). Read these instructions and look at the accompanying pictures.
- Connect the auxiliary power cable before plugging the board into the host.
- Insert the board very carefully to prevent scratching or damaging components on the board or host.
- Route the power cable so it does not block airflow.
