Axelera Embedded 113m
The Axelera Embedded 113m is the extended-memory M.2 variant (2 GB or 8 GB LPDDR4X, up to 214 TOPS). It uses both DRAM interfaces of the Metis AIPU to double bandwidth versus the standard M.2, for larger activation maps and batched workloads. Same M.2 2280 footprint and interface.
